Whether in the public or private sector the ability to react to change effectively is a must and to do this IT organizations have to accept that the days of freeze-change-refreeze are gone. We live in a world of constant change with increasing complexity. We have to understand how we can use technology, processes and people to achieve business-focused AD agility. During the workshop delegates will learn what are the key principles and practices related to AD agility. Technologies like SOA and EDA promoted agility but they do not work in isolation so we must understand the impact of process and organizational structure. We will look at the spectrum of agile methods available today like Scrum and Extreme Programming to the more strategic such as Lean, and how they can be adopted in a controlled manor.
