During the last three years Fiducia successfully migrated business critical blocks of their core banking system “agree” to a Java based decentralized platform. This talk will provide an insight view on crucial elements for that SOA-based approach: business driven evolution of the system following a master plan; executing a strong and far-reaching architecture management process; and solving the integration challenge of new Java based and existing legacy components.
