The Norwegian Electronic Health Library (Helsebiblioteket.no) is a government funded e-only library offering free access to medical journals, bibliographic indexes and online tools to everyone studying or working with health care in Norway. The key challenge facing Helsebiblioteket was to provide easy access to clinically relevant information based on simple search terms.
