Buyers of business process outsourcing (BPO) services have long turned to BPO as a part of sourcing decisions to cut costs and focus on core competencies. Such pressures have never been more tangible than during the current economic downturn. In this presentation, we examine the state of the BPO market and the evolutionary path it will take across the recession and (eventual) economic recovery.
