Michele Cantara is a vice president in Gartner Research. Her primary research area is business process management disciplines and technologies. Her current research agenda centers on the use of BPM in outsourcing, SaaS, and cloud computing, as well as the competencies and skills needed to make BPM efforts successful. Her research also focuses on the BPM consulting and SI capabilities of external service providers and software vendors.
