Ernesto is currently Service Factory’s Technical Lead at O2, a team committed to delivering SOA-based infrastructure and solutions to all units within the organization, also including technology partners and third parties. Since joining O2 in 2006, he has been helping to improve the company’s Service Delivery Platform (SDP) by simplifying architecture and fostering team communication and collaboration. Ernesto has worked in business and technology roles for 13 years in Europe and Latin America. Ernesto holds two diplomas in Computing from Oxford University and he is currently working towards an MSc in Software Engineering at the same institution.
