Francesco Mesto is currently responsible for application activities for Consip customer, an Italy Government Agency. He has worked in IS for 27 years, and for EDS since 1996. During this period he has been responsible for EDS Application Italy Delivery Centres, managing over 500 resources involved in project and services in Banking, Insurance and Government Industries. Since 1998 Application Italy Delivery Centres have been involved in big renovation programmes, for Y2K and Euro, building a strong experience in portfolio technical assessment that has been crucial for more recent application modernization programmes, like the modernization of MIUR application systems.
