Ian is a corporate partner in Allen & Overy LLP which he joined in 1983. He heads the firm's international Communications, Media and Technology Group and Outsourcing practice. Ian has significant experience of outsourcing transactions, advising both suppliers and customers, across a range of sectors. He has advised on outsourcings involving business processes, IT services and communications related services. He has particular expertise of transactions involving the Financial Services sector. Many of the transactions Ian is involved in are multi-jurisdictional and involve offshoring. Ian also specialises in transactions in the Communications and Technology sectors.
