Larry B. Darrah
Global Sourcing Manager, Eli Lilly and Company

Larry Darrah is a thirty-year industry veteran with wide experience in information technology, general management and international management. He proudly declares that his first Management position was in the “Purchasing” department of Mid-Con Corporation. As a Global Sourcing Manager for Eli Lilly and Company, Larry and his team are responsible for formulating and executing Lilly’s global strategy for the acquisition of Enterprise Applications Software. Prior to joining Lilly in 2000, Larry was a Management and Information Technology consultant, directing the Strategic Information Systems Architecture practice of a regional consulting firm. In 15 years at Resort Condominiums International, Larry held numerous management positions, both IT and non-IT, including: Director of Planning and Development, Director of System Services and Managing Director of Australia, New Zealand and Fiji. Larry holds a BS in Finance from Indiana University-Indianapolis and is a graduate of the Center for Creative Leadership’s Leadership Development program. A long-time sponsor/director of youth programs ranging from Science Fairs to Baseball Leagues, Larry now volunteers his time as High-school Baseball coach.
