Rosemarie Howard is a Global Sourcing Associate for Eli Lilly and Company. Rosie’s primary focus is System Integration Services and Consulting, her secondary focus is Enterprise Application Software. Rosie works with the Information Technology business units to develop and implement sourcing strategies that drive supplier selection, negotiation, and contracting. Rosie is Lilly’s software escrow expert and IT Procurement’s supplier diversity champion. Rosie joined Lilly in 2001 and has been recognized for her contributions as a business process advocate and leader. Rosie created, developed, and implemented process improvements across the entire Procurement component, many of which many have become best practices. Rosemarie is a graduate from the University of Indianapolis and holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership with minors in Business Administration and Psychology.
