Judy Rouhselang
Sourcing Consultant, IT Procurement, Eli Lilly and Company

Judy Rouhselang is a Global Procurement Consultant with Eli Lilly and Company where she is responsible for providing guidance and strategic sourcing to the Information Technology component supporting the Lilly Research Laboratories segment of Lilly. In this position, Judy procures goods in the software categories as well as IT professional services. She has oversight for projects that range from local IT departmental sourcing initiatives to IT global procurement initiatives with company-wide impact. Within the procurement component, Judy manages the enterprise application software category. Judy has 30+ years experience in commercial transactions and contracting. Judy joined Lilly in 1995 and held previous positions in the Legal component and in Global IT. Before coming to Lilly, Judy’s entire career was in the private practice law firm environment as a paralegal focusing on corporate, contracting, and intellectual property practice areas. Judy is a graduate of Purdue University and also attended Indiana University where she completed the Paralegal Studies Program.
