Named by Computerworld as one of the Premier 100 IT Leaders of 2006, Helen Z. Cousins has been Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Lincoln Trust Company since 2006. Here she is responsible for the strategic technology direction of the company. Working closely with the business, she has led the transformation of the company into an analytical organization by implemented a business process management program that encompasses the entire organization. Prior to joining FiservISS, Helen was SVP and CIO for Dex Media, Inc...At Dex she led a major upgrade of the infrastructure environment at Dex through a formal corporate wide change management program, which streamlined processes for the sales force and operations. This project earned her recognition from CIO Magazine with their Bold 100 Award in August of this 2005. Prior to joining Dex in November of 2003, Helen was SVP and CIO of Corporate Technology at Cendant Corporation where she was responsible for orchestrating a $1.5B outsourcing deal with IBM as well as leading the IT due diligence and integration for several major acquisitions. She has held several other executive positions managing global organizations, spending 25 years on Wall Street with top Fortune 500 firms. Helen graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in accounting and economics from Fordham University and an MBA from Pace University, both located in New York
