Tom Higgins has worked for the Territory Insurance Office (TIO) since 2006 as the Chief Information Officer (CIO). His leadership is responsible for delivering the vision, strategy and then implementing these initiatives throughout TIO which have included ITIL and Project Management Methodologies and a Businesses Process Management implementation. Before relocating to TIO in Darwin with his wife and 2 children, Tom had 15 years tenure with Goldman Sachs JBWere in Melbourne and Sydney where his last role was Chief Technology Officer - Partner. For hobbies Tom is trying to reactivate his private pilot’s license and is spectacularly unsuccessful at fishing.
