Mr. Kempton is responsible for building and maintaining a business performance management system wherein a clearly defined corporate strategy is tied directly to an integrated business process architecture, enabling senior management to plan, monitor and control every aspect of business operations. Mr. Kempton began his career in 1994 when he formed a successful business technology consulting firm in the heart of Silicon Valley, focusing much of his energy in the area of business process development.
