Michelle Lagna has worked for JPMorgan Chase for 18 years and is currently the Business Lead for the BPM-PRPC Center of Excellence in JPMC's Central Technology & Operations Line of Business. Prior to joining the Center of Excellence Michelle was the Business Sponsor for the revitalization and legacy transformation of the Pega mainframe platform to PRPC and led several businesses through their migration including USD Global Clearing, ACH, IB FX Ops, IO Recon, Asia and EMEA Branches. Michelle has represented JPMC on the SwiftNet Exceptions and Investigations Steering Group and has led several workflow related projects during her career.
