David W. McCoy is a managing vice president and Gartner Fellow Emeritus. He currently leads the Business Process Management group as team manager and agenda manager, where he is responsible for directing all BPM research content planning. Mr. McCoy is facilitator of Gartner's Global IT Councils on Cloud Services and IT Maintenance, as well as an Adjunct Faculty for Gartner's Research Workforce Development.
