Joe McLaughlin is Director of Business Systems and Processes at Wyeth. He has been with Wyeth since 1998 holding management roles covering the full system life cycle; including a business system owner. He currently manages the Business Analysts and Validation/Test groups that support Global Regulatory Affairs and Research Operations. Joe has successfully managed large global projects including C-TRAX, today's case study project. Prior to Wyeth he consulted in a wide range of industries focusing in the areas of project management, process reengineering, and development.
