Carlos Abarca is the Chief Technical Officer at Banco Sabadell, a position that he had held since 2007. He began his professional career in Information Technology in 1990, and since then he has held a variety of roles in Steria Group, Siemens Nixdorf, Siemens Technological Services Business (South America), e-xtendnow, and netfocus. Carlos is an Advanced Telecommunications Engineer (Polytechnical University of Catalonia). He has a Masters degree in Corporate Management from the MIT Sloan Business School in Boston, and a Masters degree in e-business from the University of Stanford in California.
