Since 2006, Frank Bieser has been CIO of HEROLD Business Data, located near Vienna, Austria. Prior to this, Frank held various roles in IT management in major Austrian companies. He also worked for a global consulting firm on numerous projects in the fields of IT strategy, implementation and process optimization.
