Timo Sillober, the Head of Office IT for Vodafone Global Systems, has 12 years experience developing and managing a diverse set of IT shared services projects for Siemens AG ICN and now Vodafone. These projects were designed to improve the capabilities, effectiveness and efficiency of corporate IT while simultaneously delivering a higher level of service to both internal and external customers. He is responsible for the business development of Vodafone enterprise services for external customers, enhancements to the global office IT delivery backbone and more efficient, secure access to the corporate VPN that supports 35,000 European employees.
