Currently Roger Bearpark is Assistant Head of ICT and responsible for operational delivery of ICT services within Hillingdon including the programmes for innovation and greener computing. These are key components of the transformational change being undertaken in support of the Council’s aspiration, to be a modern, well managed council delivering excellent services. Roger started his role at LBH in 2002. Roger’s career in IT (now approaching 30 years) has encompassed an eclectic mix of roles and responsibilities in both the Public and Private sector, including computing in chicken farms to city institutions, hardware and software support and various management roles.
