Joseph Crawford is executive director of IT Solutions for Verizon Business, and brings more than 15 years of experience in development and deployment of high performance operations and IT solutions management. He was previously assistant vice president of engineering for MCI, where he led global delivery of IT solutions and applications. Prior to his work at MCI, Crawford founded the IT engineering organization at Digex, now part of Verizon Business. Crawford holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and has advanced training from the University of Michigan and the Harvard Business School.
