Will has over 25 years of experience within the IT industry both for Government and Industry ranging from retail, finance, insurance, banking and healthcare sectors. Programming, systems analysis, project management, systems design and implementation of a range of email clients are just some of his areas of expertise. Will currently heads up the NHSmail programme at NHS Connecting for Health and was instrumental in leading the negotiations that led to the successful change of the NHSmail service supplier in 2004. He has also been pivotal to the success of the current migration of moving over 350,000 NHSmail users from the Mirapoint service onto the new Microsoft Exchange platform. Prior to joining NHS CFH in 2004 as Programme Head for NHSmail, he was the IT Strategy Lead for the UK at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
