In August 2007, Mike was appointed as Executive Director Service SA to build and operate a single entry point for access to government services and information. He has extensive experience in abroad range of areas including senior executive management and ICT roles, public sector administration, financial and resource management, teaching hospital administration, service delivery and change management. In all of his roles he has undertaken considerable research and analysis work in support of policy advice, development of new reform initiatives such as Service SA. Mike has held senior roles such as Assistant Director Budgets in Treasury and Finance, Executive Director Finance and Business Services at both the North Western Area Health Service and the Queen Elizabeth teaching hospital, Executive Director of Government Information and Communication Technology Services and State CTO and is presently Executive Director of Service SA.
