Olivier Nijland is IT Risk Manager for the Euroclear group. He is responsible for the risk management activities for the IT department and Logical Security across the group. Olivier Nijland joined Euroclear from Rabobank in 2005. Olivier Nijland began his career working for Rabobank International as a management trainee. After completing the traineeship he worked as an Internal Consultant. He transferred to the Audit department of the Rabobank Group in 2001 to work as a Senior IT Auditor. For Euroclear he started in Operational Risk Management. He holds his current position as IT Risk Manager since 2007. Olivier Nijland is a Dutch citizen. He holds a masters degree in European studies from the University of Amsterdam and an executive masters degree in IT auditing from the University of Rotterdam.
