Jan A Svensson is the Director of Information Security in the city of Göteborg. He has been working with IT and information security for nearly 20 years. The last 10 years Mr. Svensson been focusing on strategic information security and risk management which include establishing and maintaining corporatewide information security and risk programs, processes, policies and standards. Prior to joining the city of Göteborg in 2007, Mr. Svensson was the Director of Information Security at the Swedish postal service from 2000 through 2006. Jan A Svensson is both a Certified Information Security Manager as well as a Certified Information Systems Auditor.
