Betsy Burton is a vice president and distinguished analyst in Gartner Research, where she is a member of the Enterprise Architecture team and leads research on enterprise business architecture. In addition, Ms. Burton is actively involved in cross-discipline research on Pattern-Based Strategy, with a focus on Gartner's Business Pattern Framework. Previously, Ms. Burton was the role service director for the Gartner Business Intelligence and Information Management product.
