Frank brings over twenty years of practice management, sales and consulting expertise specializing in business intelligence, customer relationship management, business process management, content management, systems integration and dual-shore outsourcing. He has successfully managed enterprise, corporate and line of business strategic engagements in a diverse set of industries including financial services, insurance, health care, telecommunications, manufacturing and retail industries.
