| Track A: Best Practices for BPM Success | Sessions in this track illuminate best practices in applying BPM disciplines and technologies to successful BPM efforts. You will learn how to get started with BPM, justify BPM efforts, use BPM methodologies, and incorporate those methodologies into your organization’s own BPI methods and SDLC. This session also includes how to’s for staffing and sourcing the skills necessary for BPM competencies and how to use BPM to improve collaborative knowledge based processes as well as structured processes. | A |
| Track B: Organizational Engagement | Politics, inertia, and fear are the “lions, tigers, and bears” that threaten any BPM project. Sessions, case studies, and panels in this track provide compelling examples of successful organizational change and the judicious use of communications to instill a positive attitude towards BPM adoption. | B |
| Track C: Consuming BPM Technologies | While BPM is a management discipline that is enabled by technology, not all BPM technologies support BPM management disciplines equally. Moving your BPM effort to a higher level of maturity requires the use of the right BPM technologies. Understanding which technology to choose to begin or expand a BPM effort can be daunting. Sessions, case studies, panels, and workshops delve into the following technologies: BPA, BAM, flow management, B2B networks, BI, BRE, BRMS, BPMS, CEP, and packaged applications and identify which technologies are appropriate for BPM usage scenarios and maturity levels. | C |
| Track D: The BPM Workshops Series | Led by external expert practitioners and trainers these 2-3 hour workshops provide attendees an intimate learning experience on critical BPM topics. "How-To" workshops will dive into the topics that are important to successful BPM implementations, while also providing a great atmosphere to network among your peers with similar challenges and opportunities.
