As CEO, Dr Holly led SETMA to adopt electronic medical records in 1998 and to morph that adoption into electronic patient management. A moderate size multi-specialty practice in Beaumont, Texas, SETMA is a HIMSS Davies Award recipient, has been named one of 30 Exemplary practices by the Office of National Coordinator, HIT, HSS for clinical decision support, and received the Innovator Award by the Healthcare Informatics Magazine in 2011, among numerous other awards and recognition. SETMA is an NCQA Tier III Patient-Centered Medical Home and has received NCQA Diabetes Program Recognition for all of its clinics. In 2010, SETMA became the first primary-care dominated, multi-specialty practice to become an Affiliate of Joslin Diabetes Center Affiliated with Harvard School of Medicine.
