He has led global finance organizations, developed business models and planning & control systems and closed over $400 million of equity, debt and M&A transactions. Bill, a long term member of FEI and a member of FERF’s Research Advisory Committee, is a vice-chair of FEI’s Committee on Finance & IT and leads its emerging technologies efforts.
