Tom is responsible for the team delivering the diagnostic and repair systems supporting Toyota vehicles in North America, as well as the applications used for product quality assurance and investigation. This team defines the requirements and provides subject matter expertise for the design, development and enhancement of applications/tools enabling Toyota quality engineers to detect, report and track product concerns. He has been with Toyota for nearly 18 years and held various positions supporting product technical training, service technology and quality systems.
